TITLE 10:

THE VETERAMS ADMINSTRATION (VA), THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE AND THE FEDERAL QUALITY HEALTH CENTER SYSTEM (FQHC)

Section 1000. THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION HEALTH SYSTEM (VA) AND THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE (HIS) in California shall be negotiated to align with CALTCHA.org (OURHEALTH.PUB) to insure that all their benefits and services shall be comprehensively integrated within CALTCHA.org and expanded such that no beneficiary shall lose any of their health care needs, services, and equipment but be seamlessly included into CALTCHA (OURHEALTH.PUB) with no exception.

1000.1. The same shall be established with all the FEDERAL QUALITY HEALTH CENTER models in the California that shall be globally budgeted to fund and to insure seamless integration and expansion to provide comprehensive, rightful, health services, care, equipment and all CALTCHA benefits to achieve a single top tier level of such services and care while encouraging the unique local operations and character of these community based clinics.

1000.2. Every three (3) years the Board shall review and report on CALTCHA’s progressive relationship with the VA, IHS and the FQHC and any other Federal health programs and their consolidated funding that continue to operate in California to Insure their seamless integration and the transformation into the universal single payer system.
